Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, City of Lynwood Employees are practicing safety precautions while at work. The City is supplying masks, which employees will wear throughout their workday.
In addition to wearing masks, employees are practicing social distancing (this includes not sharing cars during City-related travel), washing their hands, not touching their faces and staying home if they display any COVID-19 symptoms.
The City has pledged to continue keeping streets safe and clean, offering recreation and community service programming online and working to enforce the Council’s orders on social distancing and safety in essential businesses that remain open (see order here).
We’re all in this together and if we abide by the State, County and City orders to stay at home and only go out for essential business, we’ll get through this.
