It happens every year, as summer temperatures rise, so do incidences of graffiti. The City is working hard to keep Lynwood graffiti-free.
This June, more than 66,000 square feet of graffiti was covered or cleaned off walls, buildings and other structures in Lynwood. That amounts to a space larger than a football field and it’s about the same square footage as the entire White House.
As reported last month, if you or your child is caught tagging or vandalizing, you will be responsible.
You can help keep Lynwood a clean and safe place to live and do business. If you see graffiti, call 877-444-6044 for quick removal. If you see someone in the act of spray painting or vandalizing, call the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at 323-568-4800.
