One hundred years ago this week, Lynwood officially became as City as voters approved its incorporation.
In 1921, Warren G. Harding was the 29th President of the US, the US population was 105 million people (331 million today) and the City of Lynwood’s first official census count in 1930 was 7,323 (today it is 70,635).
