Eduardo Sarmiento has been officially hired as the City of Lynwood’s Deputy City Clerk. You may recognize him around City Hall as he’s has been the Assistant to the City Clerk since April 2018.
The Clerk’s office acts as a compliance officer for federal, state, and local statutes including the Political Reform Act, the Brown Act, and the Public Records Act.
Mr. Sarmiento is a graduate of California State University Dominguez Hills. He is also a member of City Clerks Association of California and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.
