Residents on Duncan Avenue are now living in construction free zones with street and infrastructure improvements. Sidewalk and street improvements are complete on Duncan Avenue. The curbs have been painted and water valves were lifted and finalized. The road repair work is officially done with the completion new traffic lane stripping. Thank you to residents and businesses along Duncan Avenue.
The water line replacement work on Palm Ave is also complete. After experiencing damage from an aging water main, Palm Avenue underwent extensive work to replace the water main as well as repair the sewer. The underground work is now complete. Thank you to residents along the construction zone for their patience over the past few months. Design for the full road reconstruction is being expedited to ensure that the inconvenience to residents are shortened.

Lynwood Road – 3500 Block
