
Did your street curbs get fixed last week? If so, you can thank the City of Lynwood Public Works Department. Crews were dispatched to fix:
Broken curb on the 4200 block of Imperial Highway
Broken curb on the 3300 block of Tenaya broken curb repair
Repair a sidewalk on the 10800 block of McNerney

Crews also continued to work on Citywide street legend and curb painting including MLK and Norton. 1,777 feet of curbing and 2,223 feet of crosswalks, legends and stop bars were completed Citywide to ensure safe driving on the streets.
This work was in addition to:
Trash and debris cleared from 112,500 square feet of alleys citywide
Weed prevention on 50,100 square feet of City property
Serviced more than 99 locations with weed abatements, alley and individual debris pick-ups
Cleaned, repaired or replaced more than 100 street signs citywide
Sanitized and maintained cleanliness at all City buildings
Prepared and assisted in the Lynwood for the Food Giveaway Event
