Let’s not forget that Governor Newsom and L.A. County have banned gatherings in all of California because of the threat they pose in the COVID-19/coronavirus public health emergency.
We are seeing that people are still having parties and gatherings right here in Lynwood.
Remember–it’s against the law!
The LA County Sheriff and the city of Lynwood will enforce the ban—and persons may be subject to fine or prosecution for a misdemeanor.
LA County reports there are 23 cases of COVID-19/coronavirus in our city—
So many people are practicing social distance and observing good hygiene habits including washing hands and keeping hands from mouths–it’s just a shame that a few are putting so many of their friends, families and neighbors at risk.
