As part of Metro’s continuing efforts to upgrade the Blue Line, track work and clean-up will be done in the area between the Slauson Avenue and Willowbrook/Rosa Parks Stations.
Due to this activity, the Florence, Firestone and 103rd St./Watts Towers Stations will be closed starting Friday, October 20th from 9:00 p.m. until Monday, October 23rd at the start of regular train service. All Blue Line stops between the Slauson and Willowbrook/Rosa Parks Stations will be made with bus shuttle service.
As an alternate service, you can use Metro Bus Line 55/355 which runs on Compton Ave. for continued service. We strongly encourage you to share this news with your constituents and stakeholders.
