After School Program FALL 2020 INFORMATION The After School Program is for children ages 7 - 17 years old. The program is held at two locations: the Avalos Community Center and Henning Youth Center, Monday through Friday, after school hours from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. PROGRAM CURRICULUM: The program goals and objectives are to provide Lynwood youth with a safe place where they can study, do homework, safely socialize and play under the guidance of a trained and attentive Recreation team. The After School Program provides homework time, outdoor activities, arts and crafts and other activities. REGISTRATION GUIDELINES: Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date received. The program is open to students ages 7-17. You can register online at www.lynwood.ca.us or in-person at a park location: Burke-Ham Park or Lynwood City Park, Monday- Friday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
