The ongoing effort to make Lynwood a safe place to live, work and play will be featured at a Town Hall Meeting at Bateman Hall at the Civic Center on Wednesday January 23 at 6 p.m.
Captain Carter of the L.A. Sheriff’s Department will join City Public Safety staff and Neighborhood Block Watch in hosting a Safe and Healthy Community Town Hall Meeting.
” The better we understand these resources, the more we can appreciate and engage them for the betterment of our neighborhoods and Community as a whole. The Town Hall meeting goal is to provide information and receive comments from the Community regarding public safety,” said Neighborhood Block Watch President Bruno Naulls, Sr.
This Town Hall meeting is an opportunity for Lynwood residents to become familiar with the primary safety resources in our community and to share their concerns.
“Public safety is a top priority for the city of Lynwood. This Town Hall meeting allows residents to learn more and discuss with staff issues that affect health, safety and the overall quality of life in Lynwood,” said Mayor Jose Solache. “We hope to see many of you there.”
