Last Saturday, the Mark Twain School Park was invaded–and in a good way.
A group of young people and their parents led by Joshua Murrillo and helped by city government leaders planted new plants and trees in the park.
Joshua is attempting to become an Eagle Scout—the highest rank in the Boy Scouts and he picked a park in his home city to make a “visible” difference in our community. And boy did it pay off.
When you watch this video, you’ll see the volunteers from Lynwood who came to help Joshua and make our community better!
